A traditional dessert served at Christmas time in France. Rolled sponge cake covered with butter cream to resemble a yule log, then decorated with assorted miniature figurines and meringues. Available in the following flavours;

  • Chocolate: Chocolate sponge filled with a rich chocolate ganache then covered with chocolate butter cream
  • Hazelnut: Vanilla sponge filled and finished with hazelnut butter cream
  • Black Forest: Chocolate sponge filled with fresh cream, sour cherries and a light kirsch flavour. Finished with a rich chocolate ganache
  • Lemon Meringue: Vanilla sponge filled with lemon curd and covered with meringue
  • Serving and Storage: Best eaten same day. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
